Shipping:

• Standard shipping within the U.S. is by First Class Mail.
• The charge for standard Shipping and Handling is $7.95 for orders up to $65.00, and free for any order over $65.00.
• Shipping to Canada is by regular mail. The Shipping and Handling charge for orders to Canada is $10.95.

Limitations: We are unable to ship Overseas at this time.

Delivery: Orders are processed within 2 business days. For standard shipping your order should arrive within 7 business days from the date your order was placed.

Returns:

At Organic Complexion we unconditionally guarantee our products. If your product is damaged or defective, or you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it within 90 days for a refund of the amount paid plus tax (if any). In the case of damaged or defective products we will also refund shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to your credit card. Please fill this out and send along with the product. If you want a product replaced because it was damaged in transit, just check the appropriate box on the return slip, and we will replace it instead of issuing a refund.
